1. Acceptance.

By creating an account or using aiproguru.com you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).

2. Description of the service.

aiproguru.com ("the Service") is an AI chat platform offering AI-generated answers validated by specialists across professions. We offer a free plan with daily limits and paid plans (Starter, Basic and Pro) with higher limits and features.

3. Accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. Do not share your password. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal activities; (b) attempt to breach the platform's security; (c) resell or redistribute access without authorization; (d) generate abusive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content — important notice.

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence with specialist validation, but they do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Verify important information with a qualified professional. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the Service's answers.

6. Plans and payments.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

7. Cancellation and refunds.

You can cancel anytime from "Manage Subscription". Cancellation applies at the end of the already-paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property.

The content, design, and brand of aiproguru.com belong to AIProGuru. Answers generated for you may be freely used for personal or commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of liability.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes.

We may update these Terms; we will publish the new version with its date. Continued use implies acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

13. AIProGuru Connector.

The optional desktop Connector lets you receive generated projects on your own computer. It only writes files after showing you a preview and receiving your explicit on-device approval, and only inside your AIProGuruProjects folder (it never overwrites existing files). Since version 1.3.0 it can also manage that folder on your behalf (create, read, edit and delete folders and files); every such operation requires your on-device approval — since version 1.3.1 you may choose “trust always” so it only asks once — and is sandboxed to the AIProGuruProjects folder. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what the Connector writes on your devices. Pairing codes and device tokens are personal: do not share them.
